We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests on occasion.
No, we do not require a deposit upon booking.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We will assess the loss or damage and recover the funds required from the bond.
We accept cash or bank transfers for all bookings, please let us know your preferred method when booking.
Cash can be accepted upon delivery/pick up of the product. If you elect to pay via bank transfer, we require this to be transferred 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up including proof of transfer.
Yes, a bond is required for all bookings and will be refunded once the items have been picked up/returned if there is no damage or loss.
Yes we do, we currently only offer delivery after business hours and on the weekends.
Standard rates apply within 20kms of Pakenham, Victoria and charges are calculated based on kms outside of this range.
We will also set up & return to pack down.
